The spiritual and practical things we can do to find love

Before I became the Psychic Love Coach I worked as a Psychic Consultant and so many of my clients were single. They all wanted to meet a Soul Mate and their questions were:

1. When will I meet my Soul Mate?
2. How will I meet my Soul Mate
3. Where will I meet my Soul Mate
4. What if I'm destined to be alone?
5. What am I doing wrong?

This got me thinking is it down to fate or are there spiritual and practical things we can do to make it happen? I became fascinated by the whole area of dating, love and relationships. At the same time I started a spiritual life coaching course and began to read, research and learn about dating, love, relationships, soul mates, the whole caboodle!

Love and relationships is the one area where we often feel powerless.

There are a lot of myths in this area, often conflicting in their advice. From "You'll meet someone when you stop looking" to "You will know when you meet ‘the one’." Yes, some people do find love that way but a lot more people don’t!

What I discovered helped me to create the Soul Mate Relationship Programme and it has been my passion ever since to work with people who want to be pro-active in their own love lives rather than leaving it purely to Fate.

The Soul Mate Relationship Programme has been very successful for my clients including myself. To date I know of 8 weddings, 4 babies and 2 on the way, 2 engagements this year and about 40 -50 serious relationships.

One of my clients was a sceptical journalist whose editor asked him to try the Soul Mate Relationship Programme and write about it. He had been single for some time and really wanted to meet a lovely woman and settle down. I found out later on that they thought it was a bit of a joke and that they would have a good laugh. However after he completed the Programme they were laughing in a different way when I was able to predict the dating event where he would meet two women and marry one of them and persuaded him to go. Eleven months later I was sipping champagne at his wedding!

What really made me believe further in the Programme was when I decided to experience the techniques and exercises I gave to my clients for myself. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say! I learnt the ups and downs of internet dating and dating events for myself. I have now been happily in a relationship with a wonderful man for over 5 years.

It really helps when you start dating to believe in yourself and the process. And if you have a supportive person who is cheering you on from the sidelines as one of my client’s described it, it can really help! Dating can be a roller coaster experience and when you are disappointed or disillusioned by it, it’s easy to become negative. Throw in a few failed relationships and even ‘the one’ that got away and you can start despairing that you will ever meet a true soul mate.

One of the things I do with clients is look at their negative beliefs and thoughts about themselves, the opposite sex and relationships. It's illuminating to do this but even better when they have an armoury of Positive Affirmations and tailor made mantras that they can use every time they start feeling like giving up. It may seem a bit strange at first to be saying to yourself ‘I now attract a wonderful, attractive loving soul mate into my life’, as you sit on the tube or while you’re doing the shopping! But it works by keeping you focussed, positive and magnetises your soul mate to you.
