Well a Dinner here at the Whipper In is just a great way to make new friends. We meet in the sofa lounge with a welcoming glass of sparkling wine - beer or juice is also available. We introduce you to the other guests, so plenty of time to mingle.
Around about 8pm we go through to the Dining Room, where we have a lovely 3 course meal. There is always a choice of vegetarian, fish and a meat dish. Vegans please advise at time of booking.
Whilst at the table men move around the table during the courses, so a great chance to meet all the guests. Please don't leave booking to chance Miss or Mr right could be here for you to meet. However you may enjoy the single life which lots of us do, so do look forward to making new friends, summer is coming lots of light nights ahead time to make a move and enjoy yourselves.

The Whipper In Hotel, is perfect for our Dinner Parties. There is a car park to the rear of the Hotel, or if you are really lucky park in front of the Hotel.
The Hotel is easy to find from the A1. From the Northbound carriageway of the A1, take the A606 Stamford/Oakham turning. The Whipper In, is in the centre of Oakham. Leicester, Melton Mowbray & Corby are all also within easy reach.
With ensuite bedrooms, some with four poster beds, a great restaurant, and friendly staff. A Dinner party held here is a fabulous experience. There are also preferential room rates for our Dinner Daters.
