Join us at Xfactor's first Riverview Lock and Key Party. This hidden gem in the heart of the City, located on the banks of the Thames, boasts fantastic panoramic views across the Thames, the Globe Theatre and across to the Tate Modern.

Aimed at singletons ion their 30s, 40s and early 50s, this exclusive party provides the perfect platform for singles to mingle, meet likeminded singles and increase their social circle. Hosted in a fun, relaxed and interactive atmosphere.

XfactorDates have exclusive use of the Samuel Pepys Wine Bar for the entire evening and you can expect to meet over 100 other party guests.

We're inviting you to have thirty nights out ALL rolled into one fun-filled Saturday where you'll get to mingle with OVER 150 other singletons in the heart of the city?

There will be plenty to fill your appetite, with icebreaking activities Speed Dating all night long and our Lock and Key Matchmaking game.

This beautiful riverside contemporary bar has a 200 capacity with warm inviting contemporary interiors, exposed brick work and wallpaper by chic British designers Timorous Beasties. Stylish, contemporary and comfortable, yet spacious and the lighting is intimate and soft. It's the perfect location for Xfactor party peeps.

Its outside balcony seating area is ideal for those romantic encounters overlooking the river. It has scatters of quirky, contemporary art from the likes of Dan Baldwin, Saira Hunjan and Maurizio Ortiz and floor to ceiling windows, giving amazing open plan views of the river. One of only two original public houses in the City to face the river, Samuel Pepys staff are the friendliest in town we've ever sampled. The evening's drinks will be at a special pub prices for Xfactor peeps across their extensive wine and cocktails list, premium lagers and beers on draught will be served until midnight. We’ve secured a fab party venue to satisfy everyone's desires and you'll find the opportunity for loads of laughs all night long!

Samuel Pepys has a 1am license so you can party till the early hours and is only few mins walk from Mansion House, St Paul's and Moorgate station.

Activities and icebreakers on the night:

. Speed Dating - Take part in our exciting face to face dating sessions! 10 women and 10 men per session with 5 minutes to discover one another. 5 minutes to impress and be impressed! Tick guests on your Flirt File who you "click" with and if you both agree that there’s a spark, you’ll be able to contact each through the Xfactor website after the event and view each other's personal profile.

. Lock and key - Unlock the chemistry...Our lock and key game provides the ideal opportunity to approach as many people as you want to, with some fantastic on the spot prizes. What happens? When you see someone that takes your fancy, approach them and ask him or her if you can see if your lock or key are a match. If you match, take as long as you like to flirt and chat, then pop along to the locksmith's desk where you will be given a prize and a new lock/key. Then off you go to find more potential matches.
