Fancy a great evening out in Eastbourne where you’ll meet loads of new people? Our Speed Dating events at The Prince Albert are great fun. Come along with an open mind, don’t take it too seriously and have a giggle about it all! You will be guaranteed a brilliant time - meet new people, expand your network of friends and you could also meet someone really special!

How Speed Dating Works...
Please arrive at The Prince Albert from 7.30pm to check in, ready for a prompt 8.00pm start. You’ll be welcomed by our hosts Jackie and Emma upon arrival, then invited to the bar to drink, relax and mingle while we register all our guests. Once all guests have arrived, Jackie and Emma will explain how speed dating works and the speed dating will then start. Girls stay seated while gents move every few minutes when a bell rings. You can write on a match sheet whether you want to see each person again, handing this in to Jackie or Emma afterwards. Speed dating usually ends around 10pm, and you’re then welcomed to hang around after for further mingling and flirting. The Prince Albert has live music on a Saturday night which is extremely popular.

Your mutual matches will be emailed to you after the event, so you can arrange to meet up again with whoever you clicked with. The rest is up to you!
