Halo Score

Sites that provide freephone support do well in our Halo scoring as this improves trust however this site makes it a little tricky to find as you have to click 'Remove my profile' in the 'Contact us' page to find it. Another massive possitive is the ability for members to remove their own profile from the site without having to email or call.

We would however like to see when users were last online on their profiles but this feature is absent.
